Hardwood Floor Sanding and Finishing
Our custom sanding process allows for removing old finish, scratches and gauges from your floor without generating dust. We use only American or European products in our business.
A lot of floors can be saved by replacing damaged or water stained floor boards, and then sanding and finishing the entire floor. We use the latest machine designs and maintain them to produce a smooth and flat floor.

Unfinished Hardwood Floor Installation
We specialize in installing unfinished solid and engineered wood floors. These floors are then sanded and finished on site for a custom look. Our preferred manufacturers are in Ohio and Wisconsin.
The engineered flooring can be installed over plywood or concrete sub-floors. The preferred mills are in Ohio and N. Carolina now. We can do as wide as 13" and lengths up to 12 feet. The engineered floor can be sanded as often as a 3/4" solid wood floor, 4-5 times.
